Payment and terms
When booking, 30% of the price must be paid to the foreign currency account in euros or to the kuna account in kunas. The damage deposit is 100 E which is returned to the guest if nothing is destroyed during the stay. The rest of the money is paid upon arrival at the facility in euros or kunas. If desired, the full amount can be paid in advance, to a bank account. Upon arrival, a Passport or ID Card must be shown for scanning and guest registration. Arrival at the facility from 14:00 to 22:00. If guests arrive before 14:00 they can park their car for free and go to the beach or have lunch until the apartment is ready. Departure is possible from 04 00 to 10 00 at the latest. Minimum stay is 5 days.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Refund 30 days before arrival or in case of force majeure, war, traffic accident, death, illness or pandemic. Also, by agreement, the advance payment can be used for other dates, even for the next season.
