Apartments Villa Silvana - Rabac - Istria

Beautiful clean accommodation in the town of Rabac in Istria was not a mistake. We stayed with another couple in apartments A2 +2 and Studio +1 on the lower beautiful and large terrace. cozy, spacious, immaculately furnished, plenty of dishes, fragrant, clean, without a single mistake. Owners very helpful. Everywhere you need it is a few steps. We will be happy to come back sometime. Highly recommended !!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your vacation in Croatia, it will definitely be the best choice possible !!! We have just returned from a week's stay at Villa Silvana in Rabac on the Istrian peninsula, full of super positive energy. First of all, the hospitality and cordiality of the hosts is truly amazing. They are not only lovely, kind people who rent rooms. They will really do everything to make every guest feel as good as at home! The lady of the house will even bake a home-made cake to please her guests. The villa is beautiful, with a great view of the port, nice, new and very clean apartments. The pebble and rocky beach of St. Andrea with crystal clear water and a flat sloping bottom, ideally suited for children and those who feel uncomfortable in the sea, is just a few minutes' walk away. The place itself also captivates with its beautiful location, Mediterranean vegetation and wonderful sea. Rabac is also a nice starting point to get to know Istria better. For us, the assessment of the stay: 10/10 TOP !!!

Our stay in Silvani from 02/08/2020 to 16/08/2020 The spacious apartment can even accommodate a family of 4. Fantastic location and view from the terrace. Only a few dozen steps downhill separate us from the promenade where they are located restaurants, ice cream parlors, souvenir stalls and beaches. Despite the proximity of the promenade, it is quiet. Apartment very well equipped. The wonderful hosts Sanja and Branko are there to help and pamper you with delicacies. We highly recommend and greet the hosts and thank you for your stay. We were here for the second time because we are completely satisfied here. Housing is clean, large. Everything you need is here. Beautiful sea views from the large terrace to the beautiful sea. The hosts are amazing, nice people. The hostess is a great cook and prepares a great breakfast for guests in the form of pancakes, donuts, etc. Next year we plan to come again.

Beautiful apartment with a large terrace in the center of Rabac, overlooking the sea, 100 m from the sea, and other apartments have terraces overlooking the sea, all shops available. The owners are very friendly, helpful, hospitable, just great. Highly recommended.

The apartments are located just a few steps from the coast, in the "center" of Rabac, 100m from the sea, supermarkets, beaches, pharmacies, etc ... Each apartment is separated by a terrace, which is huge and with a beautiful sea view. Studio apartment is large enough for 2 people, clean, modernly decorated. The hosts are very hospitable and very helpful. All praise to the best accommodation!

Very nice holiday house, very clean and very well equipped. The very quiet location, many shops, restaurants and coffee bars are nearby. All apartments have a beautiful sea view from the terrace. Very nice, clean accommodation with a large terrace and spectacular sea views. On the terrace beautiful flowers. The apartment is superbly equipped. Hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle, oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, TV, lots of dishes, free parking. It is invaluable that the home are very nice and hospitable people. The Lady of the House is a wonderful cook who prepared all the goodies for breakfast as a surprise on the terrace. They were always willing to help and talk. We felt like visiting a family. Under the apartment are cafes and shopping stalls and a bakery, so fresh breakfast is always at hand. A short walk, pharmacy and supermarket. We plan to come to this apartment again next year. We just returned from vacation in Rabac, where we stayed with the most friendly hosts of Sanji & Brankot and her daughters. We were very positive about the cleanliness of the studio itself and the best view on the terrace itself. The terrace you own next to Studio is truly invaluable! We were surprised at the feast of the owners, who prepared a pleasant surprise for breakfast each morning. In short, I highly recommend staying with them because they are very helpful. I would point out the kindness of Mrs. Sanja, where the guest is really in the first place. Sanja is a warm and friendly person, unobtrusive, she also shows attention by preparing fresh fritters for breakfast. The apartment was clean, modernly equipped, with a beautiful view of the bay in Rabac. In the kitchen, all the utensils were needed for preparing lunch or dinner. There is a large and comfortable double bed in the bedroom, there is enough space on the balcony for evening chats and a view of the sunset. The apartment is located just off the center. from walking paths. We have traveled a lot across Europe so that I can say without reservation that the experience with Villa Silvana apartments has been one of the best ever. We definitely will return. We recommend!

We have already returned home but are still thinking in beautiful Croatia. I highly recommend this location and apartment. Beautiful views of the sea, close to the promenade, the apartment has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are wonderful, very nice, eager to any help. They gave us various delicacies every now and then. In Croatia we were 4 times and we know that the Croats are even famous for their hospitality, but we met such wonderful hosts for the first time. We stayed in this apartment for 3 times now, and were totally satisfied with it every time. The location is excellent, with direct view on the sea, very close to the main pedestrian area / beach walk but just far enough to have a nice private relaxing zone. The terrace is spacious, framed with beautiful plants. The apartment is nice and clean, very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and welcoming - we are thankful for Sanja for the wonderful sweets she surprised us with. We absolutely recommend this apartment.

Branco and Sanja are the best hosts imaginable! Offering and supplying any help or extra's when needed, and serve us with delicious unexpected treats. Mjammie! We couldn't stay longer since other guests were coming but would have loved to. Great spot in the middle of the town, to watch harbor life from the big balcony, not noisy and supermarkets nearby. We stayed, myself and my husband. Perfect location, very clean I would say impeccable, close to downtown, to various markets, and to the beach, does not need the car. Terrace with sea view! Branko and Sanja are two fabulous, very nice and handy people, always available. I would highly recommend it. If one day we return to Rabac we will definitely return to this property.

We stayed in a suite with a wonderful view of the bay. Terrace terrace, just for 2 people. The apartment itself is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and impeccable. Next to the villa is a place for 2-3 cars; Down, directly on the promenade at the marina leads private landing. The owners extremely friendly and helpful, we got from them a lot more than one would have expected (thanks for the map, pancakes for breakfast and something else :)) The building is located quite close to the pedestrian street but in no way does it bother you in rest. The terrace is covered with a cool, muffled chirp and the sounds of music from below. I highly recommend!

Very beautiful villa - apartment with a direct view of the sea and the promenade. The first morning of our lady baked pancakes, which we were positively surprised :) The owners are very friendly and sees that take care of the estate very carefully and with love. Very comfortable furnished apartment with a great view of the port of Rabac. We felt very comfortable from the first minute! The hosts Branko and Sanja are super nice, always friendly and helpful! Sanja has spoiled us several times with sweet delicacies! The barbecue evening, with the newly built barbecue of Branko, was a super nice experience. We had one of our best vacations in August 2016. Not only the weather was great. The apartment was excellently equipped and very clean. The view from the large balcony of the harbor Rabac is the best rest and the breakfast with the sea view is an ideal start for the holiday. The owner Branko and Sanja are extremely nice and accommodating. Again and again we were surprised with homemade goodies. For questions was always helped us and we got good tips. Such landlord can ask for. We will be back definitely.

Rabac is a wonderful place with crystal clear sea and the beach with white pebbles. Villa Silvana is a villa in the truest sense of the word, in the most beautiful location with stunning views of the bay and quick access to the coast, beaches, shops, etc. The studio is just the right size, modern, in the kitchen you have all the food preparation, bathroom is top quality - great shower, scented towels, etc. Icing on the cake gives a large terrace with beautiful sea views and romantic candles. But the real charm of the holiday as we conjure up our hosts with their kindness, hospitality and accessibility. The studio is very clean and neat, new, has everything you need for a perfect holiday. But the best part is the beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the Rabac. The apartment looked very neat and most importantly clean. Everything is there and the view from the balcony is fantastic. With a stair you are so on the promenade and the sea. The owners are very hospitable and willing to help you in everything and gave good tips. Recommended!!

We are happy with the place we have chosen for this year's holiday. Apartment clean, fragrant, sterile clean sheets. Tarasikiem place with great views of the charming corner of Rabac. Such a view made possible by the approach uphill, but something for something ;-). The apartment location is excellent. The port is one minute, 10 minutes to the beach, a blue flag with a beautiful beach 10 minutes by car. The apartment has new furniture and a wealth of amenities (such as ceramic oven, wi-fi, air conditioning) has. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and helpful and offered us cake and grappa.

House an ideal location in the middle of Rabac, everything you need is nearby. Studio on a new very pleasantly furnished and very clean. I stayed with my wife at Villa Silvana in Rabac in late June / early July. The place we 'liked a lot, both as a locality' accommodation in an apartment like that, very nice and with beautiful views of the crystal clear waters of Rabac. The family Jerkovic 'was very hospitable, they recommended great places to eat and I can say, from gourmet, we tasted the best Istrian cuisine. I think it will definitely be returning to Villa Silvana for an 'other holiday in the blue sea and the green hills of Rabac Istria. Diego and Julia
