There you can swim or walk along the beautiful promenade along the sea to a larger pebble beach at a distance of about 30 meters from the house. Next to the house there is also a beautifully landscaped park with benches for sitting and resting. Nearby (approx. 20-50 meters) there is a restaurant, a pizzeria, a small playground for children and a supermarket. The ground floor of the house has a kitchen (stove with oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator) with a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (bed for two) and cable TV, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds), a bathroom with a washing machine and a terrace with a sofa, from where there is a view of the sea, the city of Zadar, and the nearby islands. . WiFi is free in the entire facility, and parking is available on a public area.

I was honored to be a guest of Maji and Mary. I was with a child with special needs and partner. This place is ideal for all ages, especially for families, the elderly as well as for people with special needs. We live in a hectic time where we have less and less time - for ourselves and for others, which naturally ruins and destroys our health. Poljana on the island of Ugljan is the ideal place where you will find not only the peace (which is indispensable), but also enjoy the clean sea, the beautiful environment, the clean air, the kind and friendly people, the good food and drink, to really enjoy everything that relaxes us, makes us happy and happy and relieves you of stress, tension, worries, and brings back harmony to our body.
