Villa Chiara is a 40 m2 beautiful modern guest house, bulit in 2016. It is located in the cove Kanica, 20m from sea and just around the corner of Trogir, Split and Šibenik. It consists of a lobby, a bathroom, a bedroom, a spacious lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen and a big private terrace. It is surrounded with olive trees and a lawn. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin, a built in toilet, a bidet, a laundry washer and a washbasin with a mirror and built in storage space. The bedroom includes a king size bed, two night stands and a closet. The lounge area includes an air conditioner, a big corner sofa, a coffetable and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, a fridge, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a sink, a kettle, a coffemaker and a toaster. A large terrace in front of the house has a big dinner table for 4 people and a lovely garden furniture to enjoy your stay. One private parking space is right next to the house.

The owners are staying in the house nearby and we are always available for any questions or help during your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask as for anything you need. We are also available by phone on the off chance that we are not at home. HOUSE RULES: Smoking is allowed only on the terrace Not suitable for pets No parties Check in is anytime after 1PM and check out time is before 10AM. Before leaving the house, please turn off any electrical appliances and water taps. Guests are expected to be considerate to the neighbors. No disturbances of others. House inventory such as pillows, blankets, towels, etc. are intended for your use during your stay at the apartment and you are kindly requested not to take them out.
