The apartment is located in a quiet part of Opatija only 400m to the first beach. It is very modern and luxuriously decorated overlooking the whole of Kvarner. The apartment has a large terrace where you can enjoy. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with deck chairs. Opatija has a beautiful promenade that stretches from Volosko to Lovran. It is close to the islands of Cres, Krk and the national parks Brijuni, Risnjak and nature park Ucka, which you can visit during your stay in the apartment. The apartment has a large living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and hallway. The advantage of this apartment is that there are only two occupants living in this villa and there is basically no one at the pool so you can enjoy all day alone.

Payment and terms

The reservation requires a 30% advance payment to be paid to the owners account and the rest in cash on arrival. The apartment is entered after 2 pm and departure at 10 am. Bookings 7th and 8th month minimum 7 nights and 6th and 9th months minimum 4 nights.
Residential tax is included in price.
