Payment and terms
As a confirmation of the reservation, the guests pay an advance payment, usually 25% of the total amount of the bill, but it is possible to agree on less or more, and our bill, which we deliver to the guest, upon request, and the rest is paid upon arrival, i.e. accommodation in the apartment. It is recommended to arrive after 2 p.m., and to leave by 10 a.m. We are not strict here either, so there is also the possibility of agreement here. Many guests like to come in the morning, early, and leave in the evening, because they practice night driving, in other cases we can arrange day and not night stays. Our only task is to make your vacation in our apartments as pleasant as possible.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
In case of illness, we refund the advance payment in full, and in the event that the guest, for any reason, arrives at least 30 days before the scheduled start of the stay.
