The apartments are located in a house by the sea on a plot of 800m2. The house is a typical Dalmatian garden (figs, olives, lavender, flowers). Hay olives gives a pleasant shade during hot summer days. In the garden there is a barbecue, a shower, a stone path comes out on the beach where the boat mooring (free). Behind the house is a large parking lot, to the city center with easy walk to the sea for 20 minutes. Near the house there is a nice bar, where under the shade of tamarisk can enjoy the morning coffee or in the sunset with a glass of beer .... There are three apartments and apartment owners to help at any time discreetly available. We speak English, French and taljanski. The apartments are equipped with quality furniture partly handmade (wall cabinets), bedding, towels, kitchen towels, dishes, utensils, small appliances are an integral part. On the balcony there are tables, chairs, umbrellas, beach chairs. Marble floors and stairs and balconies white Dalmatian stone.

The three of us spent a wonderful week with Mrs. Tihany in August. The accommodation is clean, spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Own exit to the concrete beach with a ladder for warm clean water. The hostess polite, helpful and hospitable. Rogoznica is beautiful. Only recommend and come back.

We love this wonderful place. We have seen many places along the Croatian coast. No other accommodation has convinced us as much as this one. Since we were here 5 years ago, we have been coming here every year and usually spend up to two weeks here. The accommodations are simply decorated but very clean. The olive tree garden invites you to linger and relax. The coast is right in front of the garden. A small pebble beach a few meters from the property. A long promenade to walk along the sea. Tihana is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. You feel welcome with her. We can fully recommend this accommodation and would love to come back every year.

Beautiful place for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation in a quiet area directly by the sea. We had rented all 3 apartments (July 2019). The upper apartments have beautiful views of the open sea and can be connected. All cleanly tidy. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Mrs. Tihana is friendly and willing to help with everything. Rogoznica is a beautiful town - there are many opportunities for walking, fish and fruit market. We've been here three times and we really like it.
