Casa Sain was built in 1935, and from the very beginning, family owned. In early 2010, the family decided it was restored, but the fragments left from the time of its construction, which are 60 cm thick walls of Rovinj stone that serves as an excellent insulator against heat in summer and wind and cold in winter. On each visit to this seemingly everyday, but still charming building, you'll be able to convince the authenticity of tiles, fence and countless details that go back to the time of construction of the villa.
