Our family house is located in Rovinj in the area of Centener. It will take you a 10-minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes to the nearest beach. During your stay you are provided with a parking space in the yard. Nearby there is a restaurant, shop, bank, sports facilities, bike rental. Possibility of accommodation in three apartments: App IDA A2 / 2 for 4 people on the first floor of a family house, with two double rooms, double beds, one of which can be separated, bathroom and small kitchen. The apartment has a large covered terrace overlooking the garden and outdoor furniture. Apartment SANDRA A2 / 1 for 2 to 3 people, on the ground floor of a family house has a separate entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen and living room (with extra bed if needed), bathroom and small terrace. Apartment SANDRA A4 / 1 on the first floor for 4 to 5 people, separate entrance, with two double bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, kitchen and living room (extra bed if needed) and two covered terraces.

Payment and terms

The method of advance payment and the amount are agreed upon when booking. The rest of the price is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Stays shorter than three nights are charged 30% more. The usual arrival time is from 14:00, and the departure time is until 10:00. Arrival and departure times different from the above can be arranged with the host, depending on the possibility. We update the reservation calendar regularly!
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Dear guests, we have adapted our cancellation policy to the current situation with the Covid-19 virus. In case of inability to arrive due to pandemic problems, you can cancel 30 days before the booked arrival date with a 100% refund of the advance. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, we will keep the advance payment in full. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the pandemic is declared. Please travel conscientiously and be responsible to yourself and others.

The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the apartment, use of air conditioning, WIFI, final cleaning, parking space in the yard.
