ROVINJ, ISTRIA - 250 m from the beach House SAMSA in Rovinj-Borik is situated in the quiet residential area Borik (“Pinewood”), on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. The Supermarket and Restaurants are ca. 150 m from the house, the historic old town Rovinj is 2,5 km. You can choose between a separate 3-room-holiday home for 4-5 people (A4+1) with a big terrace and direct approach to the garden, a 2-room-apartment with 2 balconies for 2-4 people (A2+2) and a 1-room-studio with balcony (S2) for 2 people, both on the 1st floor of the adjacent house. - Air conditioning, Sat-TV, WiFi Internet, use of washing machine in the basement. Payment and terms

Included in the price are the rent and all utilities (Air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, water, electricity, etc.), as well as bed linen and towels changed weekly. In the kitchen there are dish towels, sponge and soap. Use of washing machine in the basement of the main house is free of charge for all our guests. The final cleaning fees are: 50 Euro for the holiday house, 40 Euro for the 2-bedroom apartment and 30 Euro for the studio. Pets allowed upon advance notice in A4+1, in A2+2 only off-season, additional cost: 8€ per day and pet. We ask for down-payment of 20% which is non-refundable, to be paid within 7 days upon reservation to our bank account.

Borik is a residential area of Rovinj with family houses with gardens and lots of trees. There is no through traffic (dead end streets), so it is quiet and family-friendly. There is a small supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand, where you can get your daily supplies only 150 m away. There are also a few restaurants within the walking distance of our house, as well as restaurants by the sea. The old town of Rovinj is 2,5 km away and can be easily reached in ca. 5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bike or 25-30 minutes’ walk at pedestrian path alongside the scenic coast. The Val de Lesso beach is easily reached on foot in only a few minutes, either along the forest path of through the village. It is surrounded with pine trees that offer the shade during summer heat. The view of the old town and the island of Figarola is magnificent. It is mostly pebble and stone beach, with easy access to water that make it very suitable for children.
