Payment and terms
Important note! Daily prices are expressed on the basis of a stay of 6 days or more. For a shorter stay, the surcharge is: 1 night + 40%; 2-3 nights + 20% 4-5 nights + 10% Extra bed is charged + €15 Discount for longer stays and fewer people in preseason and postseason depending on the number of days and people (special offer). Advance payment 30% Check-in from 3:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Advance payment: 1. in case of a serious illness of a family member or extraordinary circumstances (floods, earthquake, fire, epidemic...) the advance payment can be used within a year for another appointment with a prior check of availability. 2. The advance payment is not returned and is not retained if the reasons for the cancellation are personal, business, climatic or other insufficiently justified (e.g. cancellation of flights, congresses, festivals, etc.). 3. The advance payment is returned in case of cancellation by the owner of the facility or adequate alternative accommodation of the same or higher category is provided near the facility. 4. The advance payment is returned in case of cancellation of 100 days or more, regardless of the reason

Wonderful vacation in Rovinj

After several years, vacation in Istria. We chose Rovinj and after a long tour, the choice fell on the apartments Alba. We were greeted by the hostess Mrs. Ines with a warm smile and refreshment of our choice. The four-bed apartment Ana was great in every way. It is equipped with everything you think. With an easy walk they would be on the beach very quickly. In addition to the clear Adriatic Sea, the Mediterranean vegetation provided us with daily shade. When Ines rented our bikes, the holiday experience was even more beautiful. In the evening it was beautiful to walk to a special place where we watched the sunset. And then they would continue to the very core of Rovinj and the old town. Wherever you want you will arrive very quickly from here, from the Alba apartments. They would recommend them to anyone. We send our warmest greetings to our wonderful hostess "Albi" and Rovinj.

For every recommendation

The apartment is great, neat, clean. Close to the main beaches in Rovinj (Mulini, Cuvi, Skaraba), and the city center is only 5-10 minutes walk. All major retail chains are also close by.

Nice and comfortable

The apartment was great, clean and tidy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner of the apartment is very kind and accommodating. The yard is beautifully landscaped, full of flowers. All praise and warm recommendations.
