House Neutrino (****) is quite a new house and is situated 3 kilometers western from the town of Trogir, in direction to Šibenik. It is located only 50 meters northern from the well known Hotel Medena. The house consists of 4 large apartments / floors / flats. Each apartment has separated (private) entrance, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with extending couches. The apartments are large (100m2 + balconies) and can accommodate 4-5 persons (or so). Although, the apartments are structurally pretty identical, each one is special in their own way. We can say that one apartment is exceptional for having space for even 6-10 persons. The house is located on an ideal position with wonderful view on the Adriatic sea and many of the Middle-Dalmatian islands. Although not strictly, common rule regarding departure time is at 11:00 am, and arrival time is after 14:00. This rule does not apply in cases when previously there havent been any guests in an apartment, so there was no need for an immediate cleaning procedure. When booking, guests usually pay a small deposit. Minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
