Payment and terms
For reservations shall be made advance payment of 30% of the total agreed price to the bank account owner. The remaining part of the agreed 70% is paid in cash at the hands of the owner at arrival. Upon arrival, the obligation is the guest must submit identification documents (per. Card / passport) for review and application for the tourist office and PU.
In peak season (7 and 8 month) shifts are Monday-Saturday. Entering the apartment after 14 hours, and check out before 10 am. At departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as at arrival. Apartment and equipment must be cleaned. Otherwise will be charged cleaning. For bookings less than 4 days, prices are increased by 30%.
Actions: Stay 2 weeks = 5% discount; Stay 3 weeks = 10%
