Last year we stayed in the Marella apartment. Due to the kindness of the host, we returned again this year. The apartment is neat, airy and furnished with the necessary things. Proximity to the beach and shops are another advantage... The kindness of this family, who are there if you need anything, is responsible for making you feel relaxed... Spending a holiday in Ražanac in the apartment Marella was great. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The hosts are very friendly and always available if you need anything. The environment is calm, great for rest and relaxation. The beach is close and the sea is very clean. This year's holiday met all our expectations. We were very warmly welcomed and the stay was accompanied by a family atmosphere and helpfulness. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and equipment of the apartment. We visited Ražanac earlier as part of a trip for a previous vacation in Croatia, we liked the place and we wanted to spend another vacation here. Ražanac has regular service, there are several restaurants, smaller grocery stores, pastry shop, bakery, fruit and vegetable market, also with fish, there is a pharmacy. The sea is clear, and in combination with the mountains they offer an unusual view.

We highly recommend staying with Marko and Raphael. If you want to spend your dream vacation in a family atmosphere, you can't get any better. A beautiful, intimate beach in sight, a perfect starting point for family trips. From the terrace, a view of the sea and the Velebit mountains, which is even more enchanting with a glass of wine during the sunset. The apartment is clean, fragrant and well-equipped. Everything as described. You can see the attention to every detail on the part of the owners. The hosts friendly and helpful. It was an unforgettable time for our family - we met amazing people, visited extraordinary places and if you are going to Razanac, Apartments Marella will be a great choice.

I highly recommend Rafaela and Marko’s apartments as the best place to spend amazing holidays. We spent there more than 2 weeks and that were the best days in whole year. Apartment is fully equipped, modern and comfortable. Owners pay attention to each detail so you feel immediately as if you were home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and you are never tired of it. Razanc is perfectly located so that you can make every day different trips cause there is a lot to explore. The beach is nearby the apartment so that you are there in 3 minutes by walk. We didn’t find any inconvenience while staying there. Marko and Rafaela are very hospitable and always ready to help. We fell in love with Croatia and this place especially. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Super 10 days vacation with Marko and his family. A very respectable place, beautiful views from the terrace of the Velebit mountains and the bay. The apartments are clean, tidy, very nice, very well equipped, great hosts, friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Nice gesture from the hosts in the form of glasses and local wine😁 and a super chilled bottle of water in the fridge. We spent an 8-day vacation with the Grbic family. And say thank you for the great vacation! You are great people! Always nice, helpful! In the apartments you actually have everything you need! You can't complain about that. We would love to come back!

In August 2020, we spent ten days in the apartment of the Grbić family and we have only words of praise. The apartment is clean, tidy, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony of the apartment offers a view of the sea, the impressive Velebit and the old town of Ražanac. Everything is close at hand and it is not necessary to use a car for which covered parking is provided. The hosts are very kind, accommodating, communicative, approachable and most importantly unobtrusive. We enjoyed it and plan to come back again. We definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a holiday stay with Rafaela and Marko. Great location, fantastic conditions and exceptional owners. We could count on friendly help in every situation, but also just talk about habits, about the area, etc. The apartment itself is practically new, fully equipped - you don't actually need to take anything with you - everything you need is on site, and even what you need you will probably forget (e.g. needles, threads, preparations to fight mosquitoes at night). We felt there like a second home, home in a beautiful corner of the world. Rafaela, Marko, Natalie - thank you for a fantastic stay. We do everything to meet next year. The apartment fully fits the description, is comfortable to stay, equipped and clean, close to the beach for all ages and stunning clear sea with a beautiful view of Velebit. We stayed in 2, in one of the apartments overlooking the sea, in this quiet village of yesteryear which has one of the most beautiful seas I have ever seen! The apartment is perfect, new, clean, nothing is missing, everything works perfectly, but if you had any difficulty the owners are very kind and smiling, friendly and discreet. We found ourselves beautifully! In the garden then there is always Rocky, the wonderful to-do cat, that welcomes you.

Already upon arrival, we had a pleasant reception and friendliness of the owners. To welcome you are a little surprised and have always been available for all information. The apartment is spacious enough for a family with a baby and a small child. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is suitable for all who need peace and a place to relax from everyday obligations. The sea is crystal clear in the vicinity of the apartment and the most important is accessible with a baby stroller. All you need is at your fingertips the most important thing is to have a morning market with fresh fish and fruits and vegetables from local producers. In the evening you wander by the sea, sit down on the bench, and children have a corner for their joys. Nice climate with gentle wind.

Quiet quarters, only a few dozen steps from the sea. Clean well-appointed fully equipped rooms with balcony and sea view. Air conditioning works perfectly. Very nice hosts. In the city there are several shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors .. For a peaceful holiday we recommend 100%

We have the end of August / end of September 2016 two wonderful weeks spent at Marko and Rafaela. The app. was clean and everything you need available. Apart from a coffee machine. But we had to luck ... Especially enjoyed we have breakfast in the morning or the evening sunset on the balcony. Breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the opposite Velebit mountain. The place is quiet. There are several grocery stores, including a good baker. In addition, you can eat well in several places. Excursions there are plenty. The Plitvice Lakes can be reached in about one and a half hours by car, Pag located virtually on the doorstep that Paklenica Canyon is on the corner, the Zrmanja Canyon You can explore from here, the Krka National Park is within an hour the motorway, Zadar is about 20 Km etc. The beach is accessible and very nice in a minute. I have been in Razanac 3 times already and keep coming back every year for more relaxing holidays by the seaside. This apartment is clean, spacey, comfortable, and you can watch the sunset with the Velebit mountains on the horizon right from your balcony every night! There is also a lot of attractions to see in and around the village - you can borrow a mountain bike if you want to go further. Marko and Rafaela are very good hosts who make you feel welcome. I recommend this apartment to everybody - it certainly is a great value for money!

Apartment clean, equipped with all necessary facilities as much as possible consistent with the description really worth the money. Great owner, helpful when needed, but not intrusive. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, quiet at night. The morning view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking! Very close to the beach, clean, beautiful sea, shops well stocked. There is also a morning market where you can buy fresh fish, fruit, vegetables. Bakery offers fresh fragrant bread. Place a small calm, there is not a lot of tourists. Nadherna quiet holiday in the new apartments, which owns mili owners. Description and picture appear on line with reality. The village has several shops, two restaurants, bakeries, banks, post office, a daily market with fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, beach bar with sun loungers. The nearest beach has a gradual entry into the clear sea, suitable for small deticky. It is equipped with shower, WC. Sensational apartment situated very close to the sea. The owners were very polite and helpful. In the town everything you need, restaurants, shops, a post office where you can exchange currency after a good course and sensationally clear and warm water. We were on vacation in early July 2014. Apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. Also home - the owners were kind and helpful. Apartment location is in a quiet area of ​​the village and is close to the sea, which is also appreciated. Spend not a problem, as well Bakery, Ice cream, pizza and the like. Apartment brand new and clean. Beach at your fingertips. Just a few steps away from the post office, ATM, bakeries and restaurants. Excitable and ever-smiling hosts. Just 20km from the beautiful Zadar. The perfect place for a holiday with a child (in our case two years). I recommend both the person who want to laze on the beach as well as those who like to explore such as Zadar, Nin.

Accommodation is in beautyfull part of town Ražanac. Apartments Marella we highly recommend to everyone. Marko and Rafael owners are very friendly, kind and willing to help or give advise in any way. In short, there is nothing what would be a problem for them. The apartments are nice, new, clean, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace. Everything is close to house (shops, restaurants, a market with fruit, vegetables and fish, the bus and the sea). Parking is right at home, so you do not have any worries. Moreover, there is also grill and you can use it for the fresh local products (vegetables, fish). In every aspect we really enjoyed in our holiday and especially in warm approach of all local people and the beautiful environment.
