Apartments Festum are located in a traditional stone house in Sibenik Old Town. The house has been recently rennovated inside and outside to the highest quality standards, whilst retaining original features of Dalmatian architecture. The house comprises three spacious and luxurious one-bedroom apartments: Festum I, II and III, each on a separate floor and a separate secure entrance. Festum III extends to a roof terace with the Old Town views. The apartments are elegantly appointed in bright colours, with free wireless Internet access and cable TV. All apartments are air-conditioned througout (including a separate unit in the bedroom) and comprise: • spacious bedroom with timber floors, king bed, wardrobe cabinet and safe • living room with a an extensible three-seater sofa (capable of accommodating two adults or children) • private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries • kitchen and dining room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all required dishes and utensils A variety of dining options, bars and shops can be found all around the property. A grocery shop and a green market are located within a five-minute walk. The apartments are a five-minute walk away from St. Jacob\\s Cathedral and the Fortress of St. Mihovil and a ten-minute walk away form the popular Banj Beach. Main Bus and Railway Station are within a five-minute walk. Split Airport is located 50 km away.
