The house is unique in its architecture, in the nature it is a very old stone villa with luminaries on the roof, veranda decorated with stone tents and terrace, and in front of which the palace is decorated by a beautiful small stone house with grill and peka and massive wooden benches and a table, making it a summer kitchen for exceptional gourmet dining and the experience of local traditional cuisine, with home-made wine and brandy that are also available to guests.
In front of the entrance to the apartments on the 1st floor there is a large terrace (loggia) with a space where you can enjoy a cup of tea, coffee or glass of wine. Smoking is also permitted here.
Guests also have a large terrace with wooden benches and a table at the courtyard next to the summer kitchen and a solar shower.
We have just returned from Villa Buga after a few days stay. They were our 5 holidays in Croatia; but we have never been so treated by the host as this time. Davor on arrival, greeted us with wine and (nut). A bottle of water and wine awaited in the fridge. On the second day he invited us to dinner - he prepared a bunch of lamb in the summer kitchen for two families. Almost every day he offered us wine, rakija, a good hard cheese, ripened ham or salt fish of his own. He won the children's liking with chocolate and cola. Davor is a man of high personal culture, communicative, always open and helpful to his guests. At the same time discreet and tactful. He speaks English very well. He likes to spend time talking with his guests.
Both apartments are of a very good standard; small is a little better equipped. Everything looks like in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is decent, the kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare meals, air conditioning and Wi-fi without complaint. A big advantage is the summer stone kitchen, where you can prepare a barbecue. Despite the burning fire, it is cool in it. The yard is not big, but enough space to park 2 cars.
I have the impression that for Davora Villa Buga it is not a business opportunity, it's just a hobby.

In my professional carrier I was working as as Telecom Transmission engineer, planner, network designer and at the end as consultant, freelancer, . .
I like very much living at my old stone house near the sea, and working around on renovation, after my telco carrier.
