Detailed description

Our apartment is located in the first row to the sea, in Strozanj, a small village in the tourist town of Podstrana. An extra bed can not be accommodated in the apartment, but if you prefer, another child can sleep up to 5 years old on a large bed. The bus stop is 5 min. walk from the apartment, and for your vehicle we have a private parking lot. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, with no sea view, but you walk a few steps to the sea and the pebble beach leads through our garden. In our garden sunbathing, you can relax with a morning coffee or an evening sunset with a view of the sea. At your disposal you have a sunshade and deck chairs where you can sunbathe and rest in our garden or take them to the beach closer to the sea. Enjoy walking through the boat harbor to the newly-built beach on one side or to the complex of the famous Lions hotel on the other side of the seaside. Visit the city of Split and Diocletian's 1700-year-old palace (located only 8 km from the apartments) and enjoy the summertime of the city!

Payment and terms

Advance payment of 30% when booking on the giro account of the owner of the apartment and the rest of the amount upon arrival in the apartment. Ideal arrival time in the apartment is after 14 h and departure from the apartment until 10:00 h or by arrangement, depending on the availability of the apartment. The apartment has a wi-fi signal available, but not in the bedroom. Please make sure that at the time of booking you have to provide your cell phone number and contact us several days before your arrival. You can rent a kayak or water scooter on the beach, arrange one-day boat excursions to nearby islands or rafting on the Cetina River which passes through the town of Omiš, which is about 15 km away from us. Walking along the sea or your bicycle you can reach the mouth of the small river Zrnovnice where there is another (sandy) beach, a large playground for children and a walk along the river. You can also rent a scooter at the entrance to the resort. You can have coffee in nearby cafes or beach bars, and you can try homemade food in the local tavern that is located on the beach or in other nearby restaurants in our place. Nearby there are shopkeepers, fishmongers and large and small shops where you can buy and enjoy local fruit and vegetables.
