The facility is located on the island of Čiovo-Okrug Donji in the first row to the sea, all our apartments are air-conditioned and modernly equipped. The possibility of swimming on the beach in front of the apartments or 50m down on the public pebble beach, on the beach in front of the house there are sunbeds for each apartment. Payment and terms

All devices in the apartment are included in the price of the apartment. The reservation is made by paying a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay. The deposit also serves as insurance for possible damages in the apartment and is returned to the guest on the day of departure from the apartment, the guest is obliged to hand over the apartment in orderly condition when leaving, otherwise a final cleaning in the amount of 50 eur will be charged. It was fantastic!

We were in another apartment long years ago and originally we wanted to go there but we made a mistake and book this house.. it was the luckiest mistake because our stay was perfect! It is a really calm place, the house is modern and so good, the beach is exactly in front of the house- we just walk down few steps and go into the sea! There is a beautiful beach just about 50 meters away. The owners are very kind, and helpful. We absolute loved it! See you next year!

Dream holiday.

We were twice at Dragan (A6 +A4) in Okrug Donji and were again received with great friendliness. As a welcome we received a plate of excellent figs from Dragan's mother and on Sunday she brought us freshly baked donuts. The location of the house is great. Magnificent seafront location. There are loungers for everyone and also a seat with a table. There is a storage room for swimming, paddle boards or small inflatable boats, so that everything does not have to be carried into the apartments every day. The apartments are very clean and spacious and everything you need is there. A big thank you to Dragan and his mother for fulfilling our every wish. A beautiful beginning of September

Apartment A4 on the lower floor has a great location - in the morning you come out in a bathing suit and after a few seconds of walking down the stairs through the garden you can immediately swim in the sea. Access to the water from concrete steps over pebbles - and absolutely no urchins!! Depending on the number of people, each apartment has comfortable plastic sunbeds and a parasol by the water. At the same time, lower shrub trees provide protection from the sun. Perfect location of the apartment - because about 80m to the left is the beautiful smaller beach of Stari Porat with a gradual entrance, where you can relax until sunset. There is also a bar where you can have draft beer or coffee. And every day from 6 p.m., a Boat taxi ran from here to Trogir and back. The apartment has a spacious balcony with a table where we ate and could watch the boats and yachts heading to Trogir. Thank you very much for the safe overnight storage of the paddleboard. Car parking is a short distance from the house, but very spacious and without any problems with entry and exit. I appreciate the beautiful bathroom, including the washing machine! Well equipped kitchen with dishes, there is even a dishwasher. And the BIG fridge was absolutely great! In the apartment at the beginning of September, the temperature was pleasant, we did not need to turn on the air conditioning during the whole time. Upon arrival, the grandmother of the house offered us the best figs I've ever eaten ... and of course the best at the end: Dragan - a great person! And there was also perfect communication by email before arrival.

Well, as I said, we arrived, soon took a closer look at the apartment and were very surprised, we've already taken a few vacations, mostly in apartments thanks to our son, but here in Croatia we've never had one that was really like that was clean like this one, on the whole just as well furnished, the bathroom was quite modern and clean, with a washing machine, etc., the kitchen was quite spacious, all the crockery, I don’t mean a few crockery :), was clean and you actually had for almost everything was always right, the living room even had a TV, although you don't normally need it, 2 bedrooms, which were also a good size, just as comfortable beds, clean new covers, no stains or anything else on the paintwork, in addition Then there is the dining room, which was a combination with the kitchen and the living room, and the anteroom, everything really nicely divided, everything with a tiled floor, in case someone really falls on the floor, but an absolute hi ghlight were the balconies, one was facing south, you could see directly into a bush with lemons and oranges and a little bit the neighbor ^^, the second was facing east, you could see directly on the next houses, but perfect for drying laundry and The third balcony was awesome, had the same size as the others together, but you could see the small garden and the sea directly behind the wall with access, the view was absolutely brilliant. The direct access to the sea can be reached via stairs within half a minute and is also very nice for swimming, the only thing is that there are extremely many sea urchins everywhere, so bathing shoes are a must! The public beach can be reached either directly via the path by the sea or the road within a few minutes and is even more recommended for families with children, as there is shallow access and a fairly large pebble beach. For families, the time before and after the main season is more recommendable, here you can still relax, since there is hardly anything going on. Our expectations were far exceeded! Incredibly beautiful place.

We have been going to Croatia twice a year for 10 years. Always two weeks from the last weekend in May and two weeks from mid-September. In September we always go to the same dreamlike place on Murter and in May we always want to discover something new. So this time it brought us to Okrug Donji. At Dragan's, in Apartment 1, we liked it so much that we are considering ALWAYS coming here in May. So quiet, no through traffic, neither in front nor behind the house. Direct access to the sea, practically with private beach. It's great to get into the water. The position of the balcony is always important to us, because we like to sit on it for a long time in the evening with a glass of Graševina or Ožujsko and enjoy the beautiful view. And here the view is just great, fantastic on the mainland of Croatia. You can experience sunrise and sunset on the balcony. During the day you are protected from the blazing sun. Just perfect. The rooms, the facilities are great. All windows have fly screens, so that one is protected from mosquitoes. Although we didn't have any problems with mosquitoes outside either. NOTHING was missing. (Only on egg cups, but that's the same everywhere in Croatia) Only this much about the landlord: Dragan is a really nice guy who takes care of everything immediately. Perfect, thanks Dragan. Greetings again to your mother and thanks for the most delicious lard cake and figs in the world. We'll meet Again. Oh yes, you can go on really nice tours with bicycles. A wonderful, fantastic place for a holiday rest

Fantastic stay

Family vacation - for the first time in Croatia

I must say that we liked it very much and we enjoyed the holiday. Apartment nice, clean and the sea view, but just great, relaxing. I've been to several places in Croatia, but this apartment was the best of all I've ever been to. We have full kitchen equipment, bathrooms, and if something is missing nice hosts will always help. The whole apartment is very clean and tidy. The view from the large balcony is great in the morning and evening. The main thing is that you do not have to move to any beach, since private is available. I highly recommend these to you, I would happily go to the same place again. If you want to drive to Trogir without a car, it runs from the main beach a small ferry 20 HRK per person one way.

The place is suitable for both active and peaceful relaxation. The landlords are kind, friendly, helpful. The house is situated in a quiet location with private stairs to the water, this family-friendly wonderful location. Great holiday at a great price

Nearly perfect place for anyone who wants a break from the huddle and bustle "private beach". The hosts are wonderful, are not indifferent. If someone wants to relax in Croatia by sea, sun, peace, wine on the terrace with the sea view, very kind hosts, close to the beautiful Trogir, delicious grilled fish. We recommend the apartments of Bilić family. For all ages!

Nice

We had fun, we are satisfied with everything. The owners are nice. Quiet location, the environment is beautiful, easy to reach Trogir if you want extra fun.
