Apartment Brain Holidays - Srima - Sibenik region

The apartment was spacious with a modern interior decoration. We found many small details which made our stay above expectations and pleasurable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket from our host. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment also has a spacious living room with a dining area, as well as a balcony perfect for our morning coffee and sunbathing in the afternoon. Our host was very kind, available for us at any time of day and eager to help. The beach is very beautiful and just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We really enjoyed our vacation at Srima and we plan to come back and revisit this lovely experience and reserve this very same apartment next year. Thank you for your hospitality!

I am a regular visitor to Croatia, it's such a stunning country it's difficult to go anywhere else. However this was my 1st time using this apartment and I was not disappointed. The location is perfect, you don't need a car because the beach is just down the street. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. It is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment. The beds were comfortable and for families with children the 2nd WC is a bonus. The host is very helpful and kind and will do anything he can to help. We spent a pleasant 10 days here.

I got informed both toilets were broken on my arrival, despite the owner efforts to get this fixed ASAP, it took 7 days to get them fixed. A replacement toilet downstairs was provided (for exclusive use), yet I still have to leave apartment open for a week so the toilet could be fixed. On top of that AC was dripping water, this was fixed provisionally within a day, yet still the dripping water was disturbing through the night. Internet is very bad, very slow when working, keeps disconnecting all the time. Standard could be better, shower doors tend to stuck, balcony doors are hard to close. On the positive side apartment is indeed close to the beach. And complimentary rakija was excellent Overall we still enjoyed the holidays, yet those problems left unpleasant memories.

During our 15 years of successfully accommodating over 200 guests from different countries, an awkward situation such this happened.
