The apartments are located on a quieter and isolated part of the island of Rab, bordered by a small number of houses, almost imperceptible traffic and minimal contact with the outside environment, which provides a feeling of perfect peace and complete relaxation. You and your family will be welcomed by a beautiful and tidy space with a direct view of the sea, which is only fifty meters away (on foot) with several types of beaches in the surrounding area, ideal for married couples with children. The house consists of two apartments (each for four people) and two studio apartments (each for three people). Everything was completely renovated in 2018. The apartments and studio are fully equipped and include satellite TV, internet, air conditioning and secured parking. The biggest feature of our area is the perfectly peaceful environment, which is accompanied by the sounds of squawks, seagulls, waves and the occasional tourist boat. Traffic around the apartment is very rare and there is no overload of tourists, cars and facilities. You can send the children swimming and playing without worry.

Payment and terms
Reservation is paid 30% of the total price. •minimum number of days: 3 (arrival shorter than 3 days is 30% more expensive, while for arrivals longer than 14 days we grant a discount) •accommodation is available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure if not booked in advance otherwise agreed with the host • late check out by agreement • €1 calculated per day according to the middle exchange rate of the CNB • terms of payment: 30% upon confirmation of reservation - the rest upon arrival • pets - on request (price € 5 per day) • payment upon arrival , only in cash
