Apartment Lavanda for 4 persons (2 2) is located on the 1st floor and has an area of 33 m2 balcony 4 m2 with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a large closet, bathroom with shower and toilet and kitchen with dining area and part with TV, which has a sofa bed for two more people measuring 140X190. Both rooms open onto a terrace in the shade of a large cherry tree. The apartment was decorated in 2013 and fully equipped. It has a beautiful view of the sea and olive groves. The kitchen contains a part for preparing food (electric stove, small refrigerator with freezer, and all utensils needed for cooking), dining table for 4-5 people. The apartment is air conditioned. The house contains 3 separate units of separate entrances. There is no crowd on the nearest beach and you will always find a place for a deck chair or a towel. Our beach umbrella is at your disposal if you need it.

Payment and terms
An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid when booking the apartment. The rest of the amount (70%) is paid when taking over the apartment. Picking up the apartment is possible between 15:00 and 16:00 in the afternoon, but there is a possibility even earlier, by prior arrangement with the hosts. Leaving the apartment is scheduled between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Apartment prices are in the price list and are expressed in euros per day.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
After the advance payment, the reservation can be canceled 30 days before the first day of the reservation. In that case, we refund the amount of the advance payment.

Possibility to use the barbecue in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi connection. The beach is very close to the apartment, only 1 minute walk. There are several types of beaches along the coast: concrete, pebble and sandy. Everyone can find some part they like. Along the beach there is a promenade in the length of about 4 km. Another shorter dog walk is nearby. Near the apartment (300 m) there is a restaurant, cafe, bakery, fruit kiosk and newspapers. Market (shop) is 1000 m away from the apartment or about 10 minutes walk. The price includes all taxes, parking, use of all appliances in the apartment, towels, bed linen, cutlery and food preparation and personal hygiene products.

A few footsteps from the beach, in the charming apartment on the floor, overlooking the sea, in the shade of great cherry, we spent a few unforgettable days. The host and neighbors were very kind.

We recommend

The apartment is located in a quiet area ideal for the holiday, and yet is close to larger centers when you want entertainment. It has a beautiful terrace with overlooking the sea. Another great advantage is that it is really close to the beach just a minute away. I hope that we will come again.
