The building consists of 3 apartments on a total plot area of 1000 m2. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and its own parking spaces to provide peace and privacy to all guests. The apartments are only 30 meters away from various beaches. The apartments are located in Sv. Petar, a small place between the two historic cities of Zadar and Biograd. The place is ideal for vacation because it is quiet and peaceful with beautiful beaches and incredible sunset scenes. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the islands. All guests have the option of using the fireplace (barbecue) and the large table located in the garden in front of the house, which is suitable for 10-12 people. The possibility of camping (2 camping sites, a caravan or a tent) with a new fully equipped sanitary hut and a power source included, which can be rented for days, months or a year.
