Quality and functionality of the apartment as described. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet makes this apartment very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Apartment in full equipped. Apartment away from the center of the city about 10-15 mins walk (which was not a problem for us). To the beach about 800 meters, a flat road with a slight descent at the very end. The proximity of small shops and shopping center is also a plus. Owner very polite and helpful, responded to every message and inquiry. The only slight minus is the 3rd floor of the apartment (however, the pluss and so compensate for this inconvenience). I recommend heartily
