The building has 6 apartments and one detached house for 8 people. There are two with two bedrooms where each room has its own bathroom. The house has 4 rooms. The other four apartments consist of one bedroom, two extra beds in the living room and one bathroom. All six apartments have large terraces (approx. 12m2) with a view of the sea. The apartments are about 30 meters from the sea and are located in a quiet environment. The price of the stay includes unlimited use of the swimming pool with heated water, massagers and counter-current swimming located in the yard, free WIFI, free use of the grill, free parking within the facility. Children have a children's pool and a play area. The beach, restaurant and shop are a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. Our guest house is available to guests every day. With prior notice, we offer free use of the boat mooring in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (40m).

Payment and terms

An advance payment of 30% is required for booking accommodation. After the payment is made, the guest is issued a voucher with the remaining amount to be paid on the day of arrival. We do not accept credit cards. The guest can study in the apartment from 2 p.m., and on the day of departure, he must leave the apartment by 10 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.
