We have apartments in two buildings. We are located 100 m from the center of Tučepi, marina, pharmacy and doctor. In the vicinity of 20-50 m there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, cafes and a supermarket. Parking is in the yard between the two buildings. House 1 is the first row by the sea and has two 2+1 apartments with a view of the sea and large terraces and two rooms with bathrooms, refrigerators and balconies for two people plus an extra bed. They are located on the first floor of the building. All rooms and apartments are air-conditioned. House 2 is located behind house 1 and is 20 m from the sea. There are large apartments for 4-5 people with separate entrances, two separate bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom and living room. All rooms in the apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite television and internet. In front of them is a large terrace with a view of the sea. The apartments are spacious and are 50-60m2 in size.
