The email contact was good but unfortunately we were disappointed on the spot. The apartments themselves looked like the pictures (new, well maintained) however the problem was the owner and his approach to us. At the beginning of the transfer, the owner just gave us the keys and did not care about anything - other owners usually walked around the apartment, said what and how, they said some rules (such as segregation of garbage, mid-stay exchanges of bed sheets), showed possible crashes, damage (At the end of departure there was no doubt whether the defect existed before our arrival or after). There were no such - basic in my opinion as: dishware, dish towel, toilet paper, etc., so at first we had to look for a shop to do basic shopping. However, the biggest disappointment we encountered in the evening was that during our earlier stays there was no nighttime silence - even though the owners sat with us for the night. There was a "quiet night", but only for us because our German and Italian neighbors were able to enjoy themselves. In addition, it was the fact that at 23 the owner came and asked us to go to sleep (I would understand if he just wanted us to behave quietly after an hour but not to decide which one to sleep in) !!! In addition, he came every 5-10 minutes, until we went to bed. What made us more upset one evening during the "inspection", finding that we were not sleeping yet began aggressively behaving (pushing) and threatened to call the police !!! We said we did not want that kind of treatment, and he said that if we do not like it we can get out. We said we could of course but if we give back our money. At which the owner was offended and to the end of the trip he did not speak to us (outside the evening inspections). On the day of departure our other foreign neighbors just left the keys in the room and they went (and everything was ok) and in our case carried out a thorough inspection - otherwise he did not want us to open the exit gate (to his displeasure he could not fix anything - the apartment we left in such The state we got in). Our disappointment was all the more so since the previous owners are very nice to mention - they were nice, helpful ..

Very nice and guest friendly landlord. This app is awesome, very clean and nice, the area is just fantastic. Again and again again. Would recommend.
