Our newly renovated holiday home is located on the island of Vir near Zadar. It is possible to reach the island by car because the bridge is connected to the mainland. The house is just a couple of minutes walk away from the sea and the center of the island. The facility consists of 3 bedrooms for 2 persons, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen and dining room and hallway. We also have a large terrace and a spacious garden. At the end of the house there is a grill. In the yard there is a free parking for 3 cars. Guests have free wi-fi internet access. We also have a cot for babies. Although located near the center of Vira, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful nature, so you can enjoy the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere all day long.

Payment and terms

Method of payment - upon booking at the account of the owner, an advance payment of 25% of the total amount is paid and the remainder of the amount is paid upon arrival, in cash. For stays longer than 6 days a discount of 5% is allowed. For a full amount payment upon booking, an additional 5% discount is granted. We do not receive credit cards. Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.
