It is the Visnjan Observatory, the place responisble for numerous discoveries of the small bodies of the Solar System. It was founded in 1976 by young enthusiasts. By building a new observatory at Tican, Visnjan will become a science centre for youth education and a tourist destination of great importance, which will develop a new form of tourism - astroturism.
