Payment and terms
Prices are in euros per day of stay. Use of air conditioning, secured parking, fully equipped kitchen, towels, washing machine (by agreement), use of outdoor grill and wireless internet are already included in the price. The residence tax is not included, and is 2 euros per adult over 18 years old, while for children over 12 years old it is 1 euro. The possibility of securing a temporary berth for guests with smaller vessels. When making a reservation, an advance payment of at least 20% of the amount is required.

Cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed by an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total agreed price. We do not return advance payments. In case of force majeure, advance payments are valid for the next season, and in exceptional cases we refund. The rest of the money is paid in cash when you pick up the keys to the apartment. Payment by bank cards is not possible. When picking up the keys, a deposit in the amount of EUR 50 is paid as part of the compensation for possible damages in the apartment. The deposit is returned upon leaving the apartment and confirming that there is no damage. In the case of a drastic disturbance of the house rules, which would significantly disturb the peace and safety of the other guests, it is possible to immediately cancel the accommodation. In this case, the money paid is not returned. In the case of a more drastic deviation of the quality of the service from the agreed level, and if the guest's remarks prove to be justified, the damage will be compensated by agreement / a part of the money will be returned, using the free day or in some other way.
