The house is located in Ivan Dolac, on the south side of the island of Hvar. It is a quiet and peaceful place with a pine forest, suitable for those looking for a place to rest. There are many pebble beaches, three restaurants, a small shop and a bakery. The house is located 50m from the first beach. The street is very quiet and there is rarely any traffic.
