The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a microwave oven, and a satellite TV receiver. The facility is located a 10-minute walk from the sea and a 15-minute walk from the center of Crikvenica. Pebble, concrete and stone beaches are available. There are grocery stores (large Spar) and cafes nearby. It is a special advantage that you do not have to use your car at all during the annual vacation, because all facilities are accessible on foot, within a 20-minute walk. If you still want to use your car, a parking space is waiting for you because each apartment has its own parking space. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and internet. All utilities, bed linen, towels and basic toiletries in the bathroom and kitchen are included in the rental price. It is up to the guest to get food and drinks, relax and enjoy their vacation.
