Luxurious and newly furnished apartment in a quiet location in the city of Zadar, a 15-minute walk from the center and 15 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is decorated in a modern style, air-conditioned and the appropriate amount of light and windows give a special impression of lightness. Consists of: -living room (large LED TV, cable TV, WiFi, corner sofa with a sofa bed, bar, table ... the kitchen (complete kitchen utensils, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, toast baking tray ....) -sobe -hall (large closet, cabinet and closet for shoes ... -bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine ... - Toilets In the immediate vicinity there are a bakery, shop, market, post office, several restaurants, cafes, beach bar ... Towels, bed linen, tea towels ... are included as well as weekly cleaning and cleaning at departure. Cot and extra bed can be obtained free of charge by prior arrangement.

Payment and terms
Payment is in cash upon arrival. Reservation can be made by phone or e-mail, with an advance of 20% of the total price. Returning advance is possible if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the date of arrival. In case of no show or cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the advance. Arrival time is 12 hours and the time of sunrise to 10 am. For all information, regardless of time of day, feel free to call or email us, we will respond. Welcome !!!!
