Studio apartments are located in a new villa in a dead-end street with no traffic but near the center of the Lower Zemunik. The modernly furnished rooms, each with its own balcony, gas heating / cooling with individual settings in each room. All windows and doors have protective nets against mosquitoes, flies, spiders. The yard is covered parking with 4 parking spaces. Due to the construction of the pool, guests can use the extra large size plastic swimming pool. Distance to the highway A 1 - 2 out of Zadar is only 3 km from the beautiful beaches (Tustica, Sukosan) only 8 km from the city of Zadar, just 14 km from Zadar Airport just 7 km away. In the basement there is a TV room rustic furnishings suitable for breakfast and dinner, and for companionship in case of rain or bad weather. Children up to 6 years free stay, children older than 7 years pay an additional charge 5-7 euros depending on the season of travel.

Payment of the advance payment of 20% on booking date, the rest of the prices when going to cash or bank account. In case of a longer stay calculation is performed every 7 days. Arrival time (check in) in 16 hours and departure time (Check Out) in 11 hours. currently we have no possibility to charge via credit card.

Every guest we welcome drink, snacks and canapé on arrival and a gala dinner the day before leaving for stays longer than 5 nights. Possibility to rent a motor boat or sailboat - Kornati National Park. Guests can rent bicycles (free of charge) for a tour of the surrounding villages. We organize excursions to the Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls, in the cities of Sibenik, Split, Trogir and professional leaders organize hiking on Velebit. The possibility of staying pets if they have the correct documentation. We offer breakfast and dinner at affordable prices with wine and other beverages. Free transport guests to the beach or the town of Zadar in the morning and return in the evening.
