We stayed in Eva's apartment at the beginnign of September. I can't praise it ehough: it was amazing, the host (Eva's cousin Ann) was a lovely and very kind person. The apartment was spacious (2 bedrooms) with lots of character. It had everything we needed (well equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV) A bit journey from old town(20 min) but we didnt mind it as we had a car. Also, taxis are cheap in Croatia (30 kunas - €4.2) - to get to the bus station. The sourandings were great (mature residential area): quiet, green and safe. Eva let us left our lagguage in her house for a weekend when we went sailing. Upon return, she welcomed us with a cold drink and ordered a taxi for us. We would definitely stay again there. Love it ! Place is in Kozino, 7 km from Zadar and 5 to Petrcan (its in the middle), great sea view, small beach few steps from the apartment, bigger beach (with sand sea) 2 min away. Amazing place to stay. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with everything we need, AC etc. Miss it already. Greetings to our lovely hosts !

We had amazing time in Zadar / Croatia. Eva and her family were incredible helpful and kind. The pictures were accurate, flat was clean and cozy (nice smell & crispy sheets). We got a welcome drink in the fridge which was an unexpected touch from the family. Flat is located 20 minutes from Old Town (on foot) or 5 minutes with car. Great & honest people, cute place - highly recommended. :) :) :)

We were warmly greeted by our host and the apartment was perfect for our short stay in Zadar. I highly recommend staying in such an ideal location, as we used it as base for several short trips in and around the old town.. The studio was airconditioned and looked and felt so clean and newly refurbished, as we were the very first guest. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The location could not have been better. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the old town of Zadar. . Thomas

The best thing about this studio is the location. It's in the heart of the old city, on a quiet residential street that is only a minute or so from the Sea Organ and the Sea Salutation. The busier parts of the old town with bars, restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away so are easily accessible. The studio is on the first floor and is probably best for a couple. The kitchen has the basics you need and the clothes line is really appreciated. Eva suggested that we take the ferry out to Preko island which we ended up doing. We hired bikes and found a nice spot for swimming and sun bathing. A great suggestion. We loved our stay in Zadar. Thanks!
