We offer something special! Different from others. A place that you will remember and want to go back there. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. Air conditioning and heating allow use throughout the year. Beautiful newly renovated, air-conditioned, spacious apartment on the ground floor with, a large garden, a swimming pool, few minutes to the beach and to the complex of beach and water sports. A half hour walk along the coast and you'll find yourself in the center of the historical city of Zadar, to which you and a boat with oars. The surrounding area has many restaurants with healthy cuisine and Dalmatian specialties. Our apartment is the ideal place for relaxing and active holiday. The garden has a swimming pool, solar shower, garden furniture, barbecue, and in front of the apartment there is a terrace which is accessed through without hindrance in the apartment. Parking is provided, but since it is all around, the car was not necessary. The villa is located in a quiet part of town, away from the road and traffic safe and surrounded by a large garden and a fence - children can not run out to the road.

Respond to your inquiry promptly and ask you also to promptly book your stay at the desired time. We will confirm the booking in writing upon receipt of 40% deposit of the cost of stay in our bank account. In the event of cancellation deposit is returned depending on the term cancellation in full or a percentage. The rest of the rental price to be paid by check the apartment and receiving the keys. Arrival is after 16 pm to 22 pm, departure by 11 am. Day changes yet it's Saturday, and the minimum stay is 7 days of the season in the pre-season 3 or 5 days. Rocky beach At reasonable prices we offer tours and rides to nearby islands own motorboat. You'll find a secluded spot for yourself, a bay, where you will be alone. If you would like to visit national parks your apartment is the ideal starting point. You can go by boat to the National Park Kornati, a bus to the waterfalls of Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Starigrad (where you can try and hiking), and return to the apartment the same night. Also nearby are sports fields, and options if water skiing, scuba diving, riding gliding, parachuting ... and for the brave jump from Sibenik bridge - Bungee jumping is just 40 minutes away. Car - near a car hire, it is possible to visit the nearby towns of Sibenik, Split and Dubrovnik wonderful.
Amenities, cleanliness, everything was great. The apartment is big enough and everything you need is available. To the beach you have to walk a few minutes. The beach is very clean, with showers, toilets and bars. The house is fully equipped , and the garden is beautiful as a dream. The hostess, Mrs V, who speaks perfect German, among other things, is very friendly and always helpful. The price is right. A very nice apartment with a big beautiful garden (even for sunbathing). The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Much nicer than the photos. The owners are nice and helpful. I highly recommended. Also have very nice places to swim (under the trees, a few tourists). Approximately 5 minutes walk. Very nice, quiet places. Klaus and Evelyn, Stuttgart August 2012

Hosts are very welcoming, atmosphere is fantastic, great holiday We enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to the beaches every day, went to several excursions, the days passed to quickly. The apartment is charming. Everything was just as described at Tripadvisor. We went swimming with host's motor boat. We shall come back! Elizabeth came with a young teenage son who found friends very quickly on the beach so she could relax and forget about him. We spent a marvelous day together at the island of ošljak where her son dived the whole day long. she helped us prepare barbecue. Hope you are well Elizabeth and Andreas! all the best for you Stanka
I can't say enough about the hospitality Stanka showed us. She makes the apartment feel like your home. She greeted us when we arrived and immediately you could see the thought she put into making the apartment feel homey. Since there were three of us traveling together she left 3 chairs out at the patio table. We each had our own color coded towels so that we ccould tell them apart. There was juice and cold water in the fridge and cookies and cappuccino in he cabinet to welcome us. She provided beach towels so that we didn't have to waste room in our luggage. There was literature on the table about Zadar. She was very knowledgeable about the area. When it rained, she gave us umbrellas. She even scheduled us a taxi ride to the airport. We had all the benefits hotel concierges offer while in an environment that felt like home. The apartment is in a quiet safe residential area within walking distance to the markets and beaches. There is a bus station also within walking distance to take you to the beautiful old city or other parts of Zadar. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is not much to add to the title. When they came the next day was raining heavily the whole day long. I thought they would stay in the apartment and be bored. but no, they came out and spent the day in Old City getting wet and running from one museum to another. They came back in the evening very pleased and smiling. American pioneer spirit!
Firstly let me start off by complimenting the communication standards excellent replies within minutes. We needed a place to stay badly as we booked our flight last minute and this was just the place! The apartment was am-azing! Really spacious, fitted to top spec standards. We had brand new utensils and everything was new! The bed was very comfortable and we slept like logs. We had an amazing balcony with a great view plus the pool was perfect. 5 minutes to the beach and a very short bus ride away from Zadar center. Mr and Mrs Mansouria were Indian, though they had English passports. They were extremly quiet, polite and pleasant. I learned some things about their home country you can find in no travel guide. A real asset for me! They had a great time!
