Holiday house Davorka is located in Mali Iž on the island of Iž. It is located right next to the sea, in a quiet area of Tražet, outside the town and roads. The house has two bedrooms (one room has a large bed for two people and one bed for one person, and the other room has two separate beds), a large living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. It is near the port of Knež and has a mooring for a smaller boat. A large terrace of about 30 square meters faces the sea, and there is a brick grill next to the house. There are pine and olive trees around the house, and a parking lot nearby. The island of Iž is well connected to the mainland, in season it is connected to Zadar by two catamarans and two ferries per day. There are several shops and restaurants in Mali and Veli Iž, and in Veli Iž, 2000 meters from the house, there is a doctor's clinic, post office, ATM and marina. It is possible to buy fresh fish from local fishermen every day.

Reservation by phone or email. Payment in cash. An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price is paid to the account. Arrival from 1 p.m. Departure by 10 o'clock. The final cleaning of the house is charged 40 euros.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Advance payment refund - 100 percent in extraordinary circumstances, 100 percent if the guest cancels at least 60 days before arrival and 50 percent if the guest cancels from 60 to 30 days before the booked arrival.

Extra offer

A welcome drink awaits the guests. Recommended time of arrival is Saturday or Sunday, and departure is Friday. Due to good boat connections, it is possible to leave and return to Zadar in one day. It is possible to rent a boat and go on organized trips to the Telašćica Nature Park, the Kornati National Park and to the nearby islands.

Oasis of peace

Beautiful island, clear sea. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea. Beautiful view, peace and quiet. Mrs. Davorka is a wonderful host. The house is as in the picture, functional and beautifully decorated. We would recommend this facility to all guests looking for an oasis of peace. See you again.
