The apartment is air conditioned. In the entrance area is a large closet for clothes and luggage. The tram station is just 3 minutes walk, city center can be reached in 10 minutes with frequent tram lines.

Payment and terms

Accommodation should be booked in advance, payment is made upon arrival in cash. Credit cards not accepted, payments via PayPal accepted. Check-in after 2pm / check-out until 11am. We can provide baby cot on the site, upon request. Parking is in a public parking lot in front of the building, nearest gas station is 300 meters away. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Smoking area is provided on the balcony of the apartment (covered). The cost of cleaning the apartment is not included in the price and there is an additional one-time charge (25eur). For insurance against equipment damage in the apartment we reserve the right to take a cash deposit to be returned upon departure

Nearby are all the necessary facilities to the traveler: the bank, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, post office, clinic (physician), pharmacy. In the park Maksimir other than walking, cycling and visiting the city zoo, in the summer season there is rent-a-boat on lake. To the park is by foot only a few minutes, and nearby there is a football stadium Dinamo. For guests arriving in Zagreb by plane we can organize a reception at the airport and transfer by car to / from the apartment (20eur charge per trip). Upon request we can organize a tour of the city, accompanied by a licensed guide, on foot or bicycle. You can arrange bike hire (city / mtb).
