Villa Knez is situated in a natural bay Tepli Bok in Primošten, former fisherman’s place that developed into a tourist heaven. The villa is right at the seafront and the beach with available deckchairs. Beautiful clear sea and nurtured Mediterranean plants elevate the already beautiful stone terraces. Favorable climate allows the sea temperature to be suitable for swimming even in the early/late season months of May, June, September and October. Surrounded with natural beauties of the Mediterranean style, rocky beaches lined with a walking pathway under the pine trees and a picturesque sunset leaves you wanting to stay longer than planned.

Vacation at Villa Knez

Apartments and hosts are simply perfect. I don't know how to praise the accommodation, kindness, view, hospitality. Simply perfect. We rested and looked at the beautiful landscape, and the hosts became very nice to us and we will definitely come back. The apartment's equipment and cleanliness are excellent, and the best of all is the proximity to the sea and the beautiful view. Definitely recommended even in the off-season. Rest for the soul.

Calm for rest

A wonderful place for those who are looking for peace to relax and at the same time within walking distance of the sea from the city center, where there are shops and restaurants. Sea literally across the road. You can choose to approach the sea gradually and straight into the depths. The accommodation itself is satisfactory and you have everything you need, but I want to highlight it is a beautiful large terrace with sun loungers, which provides most of the day shade and views of the sea and the city center in the background. The owners are very nice and accommodating, we thank them very much. We will return here regularly.

Beautiful location, beautiful views and excellent apartments. Perfect for families with children and groups of friends. The price is fair, the private beach and the view are priceless. Villa Knez September 2019

Great value for money ratio at a great location. The hotel is located 10 meters away from the beach. Both are oriented to the southwest, which brings not only an optimal solar yield, but also a great view of the sunsets, which can be enjoyed from the generous balcony. The walk to the center takes about half an hour on foot, but is so beautiful that it becomes an experience in itself. The operators of Villa Knez are friendly without being intrusive, as I have unfortunately often experienced in Croatia.

VILLA KNEZ

beautiful accommodation in a very nice environment. Dear Mr. Owner and helpful staff, looking perfect for the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Perfectly, tastefully and professionally furnished apartments were not a mistake. Also the picturesque town of Primošten, about 1.5 km from the beautiful coast, offers many fun and attractions for both small and large travelers. In the picturesque streets there are plenty of souvenir shops, nice restaurants and cafés. I was here twice this year, and in July and September, and next year I look forward to this fantastic place in VILLY KNEZ. Hanka.
