Electricity is produced by solar panels and can charge mobile phones, laptops and listen to the radio, and it is a source of lighting. Refrigerator and stove are gas. The water is rainwater, and it is advisable to save it. Price for one and the other apartment is the same. Last 3 kilometers to the property is a good gravel road.
