Sea house Modrave is located in Zečica bay, 15 minutes away from Murter. It is located 10 meters from the sea and has its own dock for the boat. The facility can only be reached by boat. Free parking is provided in Murter, as well as a transfer to the house. The house contains one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a sofa bed that can sleep two more people. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove. It contains TV with satellite receiver and internet with wifi connection. The house receives solar-powered electricity and water from rainwater, which is sufficient if used rationally. Pets are allowed and are charged 5 euros per day. It is possible to rent a pasara boat, the price is 30 euros/day.
