Detailed description

The holiday house Nanara is placed directly on the beach on the Island of Zizanj, very close to the island of Pasman. The island of Pasman is on only about 1, 5 km distance from the mainland and Biograd na moru. The ferry on this line goes more then ten times a day, and it is travelling about 20 min. The Island of Zizanj has no ferry connection to the mainland / other islands, and it is not accessible by car. The house is detached from towns and villages. There are no settlements with shops, bars and restaurants on this island, there are no actual roads, nor ferry ports. The island is only accessed by private ships. There is one Robinson-style restaurant on the island, in the next bay. You leave your car on a parking on the Island of Pasman, this service is organized by the house owner. Transfer from this parking place on the island of Pasman to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

Payment and terms

- Registration fee - once, on arrival, 1, 50 EUR per person - Check-in from 08:00, check-out until 09:00 - Pets are welcome at request and extra charge € 5. 00 per day per pet After we receive your booking confirmation, we will send you an invoice for payment in advance with all necessary information to make the payment to our bank account. To make a reservation you need to pay a deposit of up to 50%, and the balance paid on arrival. The full amount can be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made directly to the bank account or credit card online. The remainder to be paid upon arrival is unfortunately not possible to pay by credit card.
Residential tax is included in price.

Extra offer

Electricity of 12V, for lights, is solar powered. Running cold water, from a tank of total capacity of 15. 000 l, is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor shower has a black container. The tank is filled with drinkable water, but as it is standing in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it should be boiled before drinking. Most guests bring bottled drinking water. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a gas stove. Cookware, tableware and linen are prepared for you. Fresh linen is delivered once a week. Bath towels and beach are not provided. The house has an outdoors stone oven with grill. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver\s license)
