OBJECT INFORMATION - the house is located in a bay with a pebble and rocky beach, surrounded by untouched idyllic nature, - distance of the neighboring building 300 meters - distance from the center 500 meters - distance from the sea 10 meters - distance to the boat 20 meters (located in front of the house ) the possibility of food delivery 2 times a week (in agreement with the owner) or self-sufficiency in Zadar with a high-speed line (or your own boat) every day. DESCRIPTION: - the house has 4 +2 extra beds, - El. energy of 220 V is solar powered, lighting, TV, satellite TV, Wi-fi, refrigerator freezer (electricity should be treated sparingly) - Water is rainwater from the cistern the same is installed in the house, the principle of heating water with the help of external water heaters (water should be treated sparingly), - The possibility of organizing a change of bed linen and cleaning the premises by the owner (surcharge) once a week. - Possibility to use berths for smaller vessels 

Payment and terms
