Detailed description

Our cottage is located in a cove with a pebble beach surrounded by unspoiled, idyllic nature, and authentic Mediterranean herbs. The cottage can be reached by boat or by car. Parking is located at a distance of about 500 meters from the house. The walk from the parking spot to the cottage is about ten minutes through the woods. The house has 5 beds. Electricity (12V = / 230V) is obtained from solar panels and it is sufficient for the refrigerator, lighting, charging mobile phones, laptops, listening to the radio and and other light electricity users. The stove is gas powered, and the water is rainwater from the water tank. Since this is the only house in the cove our guests can enjoy complete seclusion while being away from Split only 45 minutes by ferry.

Payment and terms

Booking deposit is 50% of the total price, payable at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. The listed prices are for up to 3 guests. For every additional guest the charge is 10€ extra. Pets are welcome but there is a surcharge of 5€ per pet, per night.

Residential tax is included in price.
