The family house we are renting in Karlovac was built in 1972 alongside the buildings of our old farm, surrounded by fields, trees & orchard. On the road to Plitvice and/or to discover this beautiful region, the one hectare terrain & the house are all yours! The unique position on the top of a hill offers a beautiful view of Karlovac and its surrounding area, the center of the town is only 5km away. A hundred meters downhill from the house flows the Kupa river, nearby they are the other three rivers: Korana, Dobra and Mreznica which make the famous river quartet of this green part of Croatia, also rich with historic and cultural heritage. The house was built in the 70s according to a very modern architecture design for the time.

Our house can accomodate up to 8 2 people, on two floors. 4 bedrooms: - 1 room with queen size bed (1st floor) - 1 room with king size bed (1st floor) - 2 bedrooms with 2 regular twin beds (main floor) - 1 sofa folding bed for 2 On the main floor there is a fully equiped kitchen with balcony, a living and dining room from which you access a large terrace with a beautiful garden and landscape view, where you can enjoy your meals or have a BBQ kids playground - two bathrooms, one on each floor, on the main floor you have a separated toilet room for coats and shoes. Parking is free and a garage is at your disposal. The old house is not in use, and the barn serves for the garden maintenance. The house & the 1ha terrain is all yours!
