Villa Viola with pool is a modern and refurbished facility, released on July 1, 2017. The villa is spread over 220 square meters of space, on two floors. Around the villa there is a garden of 1200 square meters. Villa has 5 rooms and 5 toilets with bathroom, two large rooms - living room, kitchen, hallway staircase and terrace. Beside the building, there is an outdoor covered kitchen with a fireplace, a massive table and benches. The pool is 8, 5 x 3 meters with hot water (extra charge) so it can be used at any time of year. The farmhouse is closed, has an alarm with a video monitor. Parking is secured for 5 cars: 4 as a part of the property and the yen place on the outside private parking lot. The entire property is located in a quiet and quiet neighborhood, about 1500 meters from the sea. Only a few kilometers from the property is the beautiful Brijuni National Park with 14 islands. Beautiful seaside resorts Rovinj, Poreč, Vrsar, Pula, Medulin are only a few tens of kilometers away.

Payment and terms
Reservation will be accepted upon payment. Payment is made to the bank account. Booking cancellation: up to 60 days before arrival, we will return the deposit in full (except the bank's cost of € 15). 30-60 days before arrival we return 50% shorter than 30 days - deposit is not refunded. If the guest does not arrive on the first day of the stay, the reservation will be canceled without deposit return. Upon arrival, guests leave a deposit of 200 € for any damage. If everything is fine, the deposit will be returned on the day of departure. The day of arrival and departure can not be Saturday.
Residential tax is included in price.

In the garden except the swimming pool (with the beach) there is a large grassy area with swing, trampoline, rocking net and other recreational equipment. The dining room has a table with 12 chairs. The kitchen is new and modernly equipped. It has a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, a stove with a glass surface for cooking and an oven. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and toilets and bathrooms, there is a large space for rest and fun. Among other things, there is air hockey, table football, large satellite TV, terrace and more.
