Villa Ines is 180 years old stone house that has been fully renovated in 2016. It is located in the center of Komiza, on island of Vis. Shops, bars, restaurants and main promenade are only 60 m away and nearest beach is 150 m away. Villa Ines is terraced house and it is the last one in a row, offering view on old part of the town, from three sides. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dinning-room, living-room and kitchen. On the ground floor of villa Ines you will find living-room, dinning area and fully equipped, modern kitchen as well as bathroom. There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor with king size beds. One bedroom has direct access to bathroom. Small balcony offers view on narrow streets and old town. Another two bedrooms are located on the second floor and they both have king size beds. There is one more bathroom on this floor. We do have a barbecue are that is located only 20 m from the house and you can use it any time that you wish.
