The facility has a two-bedroom apartment for 4+ 3 people, 1 two-bedroom apartment for 4 people, an apartment for 2 +1 people and 3 bedrooms with shared kitchen. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, refrigerator and balcony. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool measuring 4x6 meters, a gazebo with a summer kitchen, children's playgrounds, secured parking spaces and a spacious yard with a garden. In the immediate vicinity of the building (1 km) is the famous FKK beach Nugal, which can only be reached on foot. Near the house there are all large supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Konzum) as well as a gas station and hospital. The villa is suitable for larger groups of people, as well as for couples and families with children.

Payment and terms

Accommodation is paid immediately upon arrival in cash. Arrival time is from 14:00 to 00:00, and departure from 09:00 to 10:00. To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit within 5 days, the rest is paid on the day of arrival at the apartment. Security deposit is 150 € per apartment and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order. The price includes everything except the cleaning fee which is 20 € per apartment for the total stay.
Residential tax is included in price.
