The beautiful 200-year-old house is located in the hamlet of Kamenjari, with a population of only three inhabitants. Seeing as it was the first house to be built in the village, it boasts the best location. All the other houses were built later and are located behind the Villa Country Lady, so that you can have complete privacy and enjoy the peace and quiet you are looking for on a holiday. Located at the foot of gorgeous green hills, the Villa is surrounded by untouched nature, clean air and offers an unbeatable view of the Kvarner Bay and the Island of Cres. The view will take your breath away. You will find yourself mesmerized by the green of the trees melting into the blue of the sea. The Villa was renovated in 2017. Care was taken to preserve its original charm, but also to provide maximum comfort. The house is built using mostly stone and wood, furnished by hand-made furniture, and decorated with family heirlooms. 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and separated toilet.

Payment and terms

We will reply to your request as soon as possible. After we confirm availabillity for the period you requested, we will send you an invoice for a 30% advance payment. We kindly ask you to pay within 48 hours to guarantee your reservation, otherwise your reservation will be not valid. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount of the invoice 70% at the latest 4 weeks before arrival. We will send you written confirmation of both payments on your e-mail. Check-in from 4 PM (16h) Check-out by 10 AM (10h) Security deposit 200 EUR on the arrival day.

The Villa features 1000 square meters of surrounding area, including a 32-square meter salt water swimming pool, gardens with Mediterranean plants, a children’s playground and a gazebo with barbecue equipment. You will find everything you need here, and if staying with children, you can relax in a long chair by the pool, enjoying the smell of lavender and rosemary, and still have an eye on the kids as they play. The garden also has a small recently planted orchard. Why not pick a fresh fruit right off the tree? If you’re up for some recreation and competition, you can play ping pong, badminton and mini football.
