This beautiful villa provides complete privacy to our guests. It is placed in the center of Sevid, only 50 meters away from the sea which makes it ideal for the families with small children. The house is located on a large spacious plot of land where numerous olive trees and various greenery are planted. It is also worth mentioning a beautiful sea view which can be taken from a large terrace where guests can enjoy with their family or friends. The house contains two bedrooms, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large terrace, covered parking and a large garden. There is also grill, WIFI, air conditioning and satellite TV.

- For longer stays in the same unit, bedding is changed every 7 days, and towels more frequently, if necessary. - Daily rent, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with necessary dishes and utensils, use of water, electricity and gas, air-conditioning, wireless internet and parking place are included in the price. - The advance payment is 30% of total price and it is paid by cash transfer to the bank account. The rest of the money (balance money) should be paid on arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.
