It has a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels, toilet paper and hand soap, and if necessary cleaning. Its distance from the beach 70 meters and is situated in a quiet natural environment without the noise. If you want a quiet holiday without stress, then our villa right solution for you. The closest shops and restaurants have about 1100 meters, which is about 25 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.

Payment and terms
Model pay the 50% deposit on booking and 50% plus the tourist tax on arrival in the house. No cancellations, and in the case of cancellation we keep the advance payment of 50%.
Ideal arrival time is from 16:00 d 18:00, a departure from the villa to 9:00 pm on the day of departure.
If for some reason there is a request for early arrival to be emphasized in advance at extra cost of 100 €.
Upon arrival guests pay a security deposit in case of damages in the amount of € 400 which they returned after departure if the house is no damage made by guests
